In **** we had a house built. I did the research and decided a Weil Mclain hot water boiler was the way to go. Never had a boiler before so i wasn't should just how well it would work. As each winter came we seem to have problems with the house getting warm enough when the temp. got below ** degrees. In fact the thermostat would decrease in temp. as the outside temp. went down. I called one person who told me that was normal. but it was getting worse with each winter. i had someone else come in to check it. HE said he had installed a few of them but i was the first person to have a problem. He wasn't sure what the problem was. the winter we are in now, it was at its worst so i went to a plumbing shop and ask them to recommend someone. that person came over and eventually thought it may be the mother board, so he replaced it. it seemed to do the trick. The only problem is , i realized now it was out of warranty and this mother board had to be defective from day one. because we had the problem from the first winter we were in the house. the water would go from to hot to luke warm without any adjustments made, along with the house never getting warm enough. The boiler is a few months out of warranty. considering the circumstances is there a way of covering this under the warranty? Thank you for taking the time to read this . Gerard Mirro
