I have been a member multiple times in my adulthood. Recently, I signed up on Sunday, June 16, [redacted], at the Denville, NJ studio location. From August [redacted] to April [redacted], I was a member. I had to end my membership in April due to budget constraints. I rejoined now due to a special offer. I wanted my wellness points from my old account added to my new one. After contacting WW customer service, I was informed I had to reactivate my old account to get the points, but I would lose current account data. This policy is disappointing, and I planned to donate those points. I find it unfair and will share this experience with other WW members. My name is Maria Penn, and my login is mariaapenn1. I paid my initial subscription in cash on 05/14/[redacted], followed by 3 months in advance the next day. I canceled my membership within the required 2-week period. It has been 7 weeks since my initial payment, and I have not received a refund despite numerous calls. Each time I call, I am promised the money will be in my account on a specific day, but it never happens. Today, they gave me the excuse that there are still hours left in the day and the spreadsheet hasn't been processed. I asked to speak to a manager, got put on hold, and now I am waiting for a call back. I expressed my frustration to the staff, even though I know it's not their fault. I hope my concerns will be passed on to the higher-ups.

I recently registered as a user and received the confirmation email that I am user #[redacted]. On 7/9/19, I obtained a receipt from Apple confirming my subscription to the monthly digital plan. Yet, I am encountering issues logging in through the app on my phone as it doesn't recognize my subscription. Despite my email inquiry, I received a reply stating I don't have a plan and need to purchase one. I replied explaining my situation but have not heard back. My attempts to reach out via voicemail remain unanswered. This situation is frustrating! I do not wish to pay for a service I cannot access and am contemplating canceling my subscription due to this inconvenience. As a former satisfied WW member, my opinion is wavering. As a Lifetime Member, I regularly attend meetings at the Palatine, IL senior center on Fridays. However, today, July 31, [redacted], I had to visit a different studio, located at 21 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, IL [redacted], for my monthly weigh-in at their 10 a.m. workshop. Despite presenting my orange WW Success Story record book, I encountered a problem. The meeting leader insisted on a WW material with a barcode for membership verification, something I had never been requested before. This led to a delay as she couldn't find me in the system. Feeling unwelcome, I was relieved when the meeting assistant came to my aid, locating me using my email address. The leader suggested taking a picture of the meeting schedule for future reference. Although the meeting started on a negative note, the assistant later provided me with the necessary materials, improving my experience. I left early, disappointed by the initial treatment but appreciative of the assistant's efforts to rectify the situation.

My husband canceled my account over 6 months ago, but we are still being charged. Also, they were charging us $49 per month instead of the expected $19. He made the cancellation when I was hospitalized due to a serious illness. I came home bedridden and unable to communicate, as I have lupus and a rare blood disorder. Being disabled and on limited funds with social security, this situation is a challenge. It seems like he did not speak to the correct personnel to end my account. I have been a member for years, but I took a break over the last five months due to travel and the negative atmosphere of the Tuesday 10 AM class I used to attend. Upon returning, I decided to switch to the Monday 10 AM class where I enjoy the leader and some friends I made there. However, I also wanted to go back to the Tuesday class to help achieve my goals. Initially, the Tuesday class was good, with the coach welcoming me. However, during my last visit, I noticed a change in behavior. The coach seemed surprised, didn't greet me, and the overall vibe in the meeting room was off, with some members gossiping. Even the receptionist, whom I've known for years, didn't acknowledge me or my friend. Despite these incidents, I want to continue attending both classes for my success. I value the friendships I've made and the convenient timing but wish for a more positive and welcoming environment. I've never been involved in any negative incidents, and I prefer to keep my identity anonymous to avoid any further issues. Thank you.

I have been a WW member on and off for 50 years, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. While I reserve judgment on the new program, I must address the size of the weekly book we are required to bring to meetings. It is unnecessarily large and impractical for everyday use. It does not fit in my pocketbook, nor in a pocket for men. Today, I forgot it at home because it was too cumbersome to carry. I have opted to leave it in the car to ensure I have it, but this means I won't be using it regularly as intended. Many others in my meeting shared my concerns today. I urge you to reconsider this decision and revert to the previous format. The current book size is a significant oversight that affects usability.

I recently reviewed my bank statement and noticed a charge of $44.95 on 11/19/[redacted] from WW International. I have not attended a meeting in months, and I am unsure of the reason for this charge. I was given a lifetime Member fee digital voucher for 8 weeks, and a WW coach helped me set up my account with my credit card details, username, and password. However, when I tried to access it later, I received a message saying I don't have a subscription. Another coach advised me to contact the 1-[redacted] number for help. I will consider reaching out via email as well for assistance with this issue.

I recently cancelled my membership with WW as I wasn't planning on attending for a few weeks. Upon my return, I discovered all my progress had been lost. I contacted customer service to reinstate my membership, even offering to pay for the weeks I missed. Unfortunately, I was informed that I would have to start over and rejoin at a lower rate. I believe there should be an option for members to take a break without losing their progress. While I understand my mistake in cancelling, I expected better assistance from the company. I was aiming for my 50-pound milestone, and losing my progress is disheartening. I am requesting to reinstate my membership and pay the regular monthly fee.

Hello, my name is Toni G. I signed up for Weight Watchers around two months ago at the Colorado branch on Colorado Blvd and 25 in Denver. On my first visit, I was unable to get counseling as the location closed early at 11:30am instead of the listed 4:00pm. I returned another day for guidance, only to be brushed off by a staff member who kept helping others instead of assisting me. Despite my attempts to seek help, I was asked to figure it out on my own on the app, which was not helpful for me. The following Saturday, I arrived early, only to find the place closed at 10:00am. After waiting outside, I still did not receive any counseling upon entering. I reached out via email with my concerns but never got a response. I am frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I canceled my account on 2/6/[redacted] but decided to rejoin due to an offer. When I tried to sign up, I was informed that I wasn't eligible because I had an existing long-term contract. I subscribed to a promotional subscription at the end of February. I paid €23.95 on 29/02 for coverage until 25/05. Due to various reasons, I couldn't start the digital treatment then, but I am available now. I've downloaded the WW app on my phone, but it's asking me to register. I have already paid until 25/05 and I can't proceed to use the digital services with WW. How can I register and start using the smartphone for my diet? Please reply promptly. Thank you. Michèle N.

I have been billed for the March and April services but as the Hackensack Weight Watchers studio has been closed since early March due to COVID-19, I would like a refund for March and will not be paying for April. I haven't attended any virtual classes and did not authorize Weight Watchers to charge my American Express monthly. I have contacted American Express to stop future charges. I signed up for Weight Watchers in February for a 3-month period with membership number [redacted]7. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was still being charged until May 1st, even though I couldn't attend any meetings due to lockdown restrictions. After reaching out via email, I received no response. When I called today, the representative mentioned no one had requested a refund and that meetings would resume soon. However, she informed me that I had been canceled from the system, which I agree with since I didn't wish to keep getting charged without receiving any benefits. I believe I am owed one full month and half a month's worth of charges for the period I couldn't attend meetings. While I understand there were Zoom sessions available, they didn't provide me with the support I needed. If a refund isn't possible, could I rejoin and receive six weeks free instead? I canceled my membership on March 6, [redacted], but I am still being charged monthly for the past six months. I have tried calling customer service multiple times without success, and I have faced login issues online to cancel. Despite my efforts, I couldn't access my account or cancel my membership, even with help from the WW employees. Hello WW Team, I recently received an email with a discount offer and $10 bonus featuring images of various items each with [redacted] calories. I found the discrepancy in point assignment frustrating as the cafe latte scored 14 points while the chicken zoodles and cookie dinner only scored 5 points. I believe in the calories in/calories out principle for weight loss despite the nutritional differences between items. As a healthcare provider with a busy schedule, I sometimes opt for quick food choices like a latte or pizza and salad.
