I wish to retain my URL www.laytonsculpture.com with the ability to transfer it to another site builder-host if needed, so please disable the automatic site renewal. If incurred, I consent to deducting C$24 from the refund for this service. As I am unsure of when I will utilize the URL, kindly cancel the Domain Privacy service charged at C$12. My business and I received a threat through my Weebly page. The message included threats to spam my website and contact various individuals with insults and harm. The sender threatened to send negative reviews, threatening messages, and insults to numerous sites, bloggers, public figures, and politicians. They claimed they would send threatening emails to people with disabilities and veterans. The threats also included potential legal actions, blacklisting my domain, and imprisonment. The sender demanded a payment of 0.39 Bitcoins to avoid these actions, giving a deadline of November 27 for the payment to be made.

I am having trouble logging in. I know my password, but it says it's wrong. I attempted to reset it, but I haven't received an email with the reset instructions. I am still stuck and unable to access my Weebly website. I was on the website just last night on December 1, [redacted]. It's now December 2, [redacted], at 10 pm. I have been trying to remove the spacers on my blog page for over an hour, but they are not disappearing for some reason. Can anyone help me understand why they are not erasing so I can properly arrange my blogs without large gaps in between? I have checked my internet connection, and it seems to be working fine. I have a Square account DK Designz at Yahoo.com and have linked my Instagram account, where I showcase over [redacted] product images. However, when I try to tag them with pricing and information, I can only edit the most recent 30 images. The older ones become unviewable for purchase and display a generic statement instead, even though I had previously edited and tagged them. It seems that only the top 30 images are editable even with online tools. What steps can be taken to address this issue?

I am still unable to access my account. I changed my password using the "forgot password" link, but when I try to sign into my Weebly account, it does not work. I have restarted my computer and attempted to sign in again, but it still says incorrect username or password. I use my email which is my name @ my website address, so it should be correct. However, the system does not seem to recognize my updated password that was reset via the Weebly link.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing both of my Weebly accounts. Despite not altering the login email or password, changing the passwords did not resolve the issue. I have phone support for one account, which requires a pin received through logging in, so this option is not viable. I submitted my information on the account recovery page but only received an automated email with Case #: [redacted]7 six days ago, without any further assistance.

Hello, I recently signed up for a Weebly 3-year contract for my website under Surfaceanew.com. However, I have not been actively working on my startup company and have not accessed the website in a couple of years. Unfortunately, I can't remember my password, but I believe the login email is [redacted] I need to know the expiration date of my 3-year contract so I can renew it. I continue to experience frustrations with Weebly's declining customer service. As a loyal paying customer, I have been locked out of my account for over a week. Despite having phone service, I cannot access the necessary PIN as I am unable to log in. Numerous emails have yielded one unhelpful response after six days, which did not address my issue. Weebly's lackluster support is hindering my work and livelihood. The disconnect between the company's promises to assist and the actual assistance being provided is disheartening. Weebly needs to reevaluate their customer service practices to better support their users and projects.

I received a notice from Weebly stating that my account will be closed due to an invalid credit card. I am unable to access my account to update my payment method. Despite having the Weebly Pro Plan with phone support, calling their line only leads to an endless loop without speaking to a representative.
