I am encountering an issue while signing in as the system is prompting me to create a new account instead of accessing my existing subscription, for which I received an email receipt after the automatic payment. Despite reaching out to customer service, I was unable to speak with a representative. The help center was unhelpful, providing only a blog instead of real assistance. It is puzzling that my previous yearly subscription in [redacted] now appears as a monthly subscription on the receipt. I wish to retain the yearly subscription and clarify if the January payment will contribute towards the annual fee.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. After my usual computer needed repairs, I can't recall which email I used for my account on my new laptop. Although I remember the password, I'm unsure about the email. This is my second attempt at sending my message. I recently upgraded from my free account and noticed a $19.95 credit. I used it to buy a domain for a future blog but it changed the current website from empoweredbuilders.com to mindsetmattersblog.com. I need to revert it back to empoweredbuilders.com. I am also struggling to connect my existing domain using the provided address. Urgently addressing these issues is crucial due to time constraints. I have paid Weebly for a 2-year service plan for my website, but I have not been able to access my site since February [redacted]. I have been trying to reach out to Weebly for over 5 months, but I have not received any responses. They mention that I need a PIN number to speak to someone, but I have never received this PIN from them. I paid in advance for 2 years and have yet to see my website online for even a day since February [redacted]. What is going on?

Hello, I recently built a website on Weebly using an email account I can no longer access. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and am unable to change my email details or add a new email on the mobile site. I am still able to edit my site on my phone but can't find a way to access my account information to make the necessary changes. (To Weebly Mobile creators) I believe a verification step for passwords and email addresses would be beneficial to prevent issues like mine. The mobile site doesn't show the password as you type it in, which adds to the difficulty. Hello, I am following up on my previous email that went unanswered. I am disappointed with the lack of response from the company's top management. As a paying customer, I find it frustrating that my concerns have been disregarded. I paid €7 for a connect site option, but the Weebly logo continues to appear on my site without any prior notice. This lack of transparency and the inability to remove the branding is unfair. Weebly should disclose this advertising practice before purchase or provide an option to disable it. I trusted Weebly to offer a transparent experience for managing my online content, and I feel misled. I seek an explanation on how this situation can be rectified or a refund of my payment.

I have called four times but have not received a response. I require assistance removing weebly.com from my website, chazmillionaire.weebly.com. I purchased chazmillionaire.com through Weebly, spent $[redacted].00 to upgrade my account, changed the SSL settings, switched the site name to chazmillionaire.com to redirect traffic, and waited 24 hours. Despite following these steps, I still receive a [redacted] error when trying to access the site from chazmillionaire.com. This is impacting my business as I cannot use the site without the weebly.com domain. I urgently need this resolved as we have paid for the upgrade and domain. I have been attempting relentlessly to reach a representative regarding my credit card being charged without my consent. I no longer require or desire an account, yet I am unable to discuss closing my account with a live agent, and my credit card should not be used without my permission. This company's customer service is dreadful! Despite my numerous attempts to contact them via phone, I only encounter automated systems unless I opt to pay a fee to speak with a human. My emails have gone unanswered. The service provided by Weebly is essentially non-existent.

I am unable to access my website www.harrisjostrom.com. My credit card was recently renewed, causing the payment to expire. I renewed the payment on 1.5, and Weebly confirmed this. I have noticed that the "Visits" count on my store dashboard has been missing for several weeks. Despite having multiple sales, it consistently shows "0". I reached out to Weebly Support via email and provided screenshots of the issue, but it remains unresolved. Over the past 30 days, there have been $[redacted] in sales, 45 orders, and 0 visits, which does not seem accurate. I need this issue resolved promptly so I can effectively run my advertising campaign. The support representative I have been in contact with seems unsure how to address this issue or identify the cause. Although he mentioned escalating it to his team, I have not received any further updates from Weebly despite following up. This problem is a recent occurrence as the "Visits" count has been functioning correctly for many years prior. It is frustrating that Weebly's technical support team has not been able to diagnose the issue with the visit tracking.

I have multiple websites on Weebly, and one is set to expire soon. Despite updating my credit card details, one site wasn't updated and got suspended. I've tried different cards and PayPal, but can't make the payment go through. I've reached out to Weebly through various channels but haven't been successful. I have been corresponding with Miki and Dani G via email. There are two issues at hand. Firstly, I received a $[redacted] receipt for a starter website, but $[redacted] was charged to my account for G-Suite, a service I did not request. Consequently, my website has been taken down due to non-payment despite receiving a receipt from you. Although I have been informed that this issue has been resolved, I am still unable to access my website, which I need to use. I have reached out to Miki and Dani G multiple times through email without any response. Secondly, I accidentally deleted some pages from my website and would like them to be restored.
