ID([redacted]) Hello, I purchased a plan to link my existing domain from another registrar. Upon purchase, the system offered me an additional domain for free for 1 year. I inputted the domain "wonderlandsites." However, when I returned to the page to publish my site under my registered domain "frofamilytravels," it was published under the free domain instead. I require assistance in publishing my site under "frofamilytravels" and keeping "wonderlandsites" separate. Thank you.

I purchased an email from Weebly linked to G Suite for [redacted] In November, I stopped receiving emails. Weebly suggested transferring emails to Gmail as a solution without further assistance. Upon checking, I realized my credit card needed updating for auto-pay, resulting in my subscription expiring. However, I can no longer locate the [redacted] email for payment update. I urgently need to restore the emails since mid-November. Reestablishing payment and updating the card should resolve this issue. Hello, Regrettably, I am unable to attach the screenshots as requested. I need an email address to forward the screenshots to. I encountered difficulties accessing your helpdesk site and I'm hesitant to log in due to concerns about data security. I maintain two websites hosted on Weebly and today when I tried to open them in Google Chrome, I received warning messages (please refer to the screenshot). Similar errors occurred when visiting weebly.com and its helpdesk pages. Upon inspecting the website source from a secure virtual machine, I noticed multiple altered entries linked to cdn2.editmysite.com, a domain suspected of attempting to gather user information (see attached source code screenshot). Moreover, the websites are not displaying correctly in Firefox, presumably due to cdn2's corrupted css links, rendering the dropdown menus nonfunctional. Could you please provide an estimated time for resolving these issues, given that I have already extended the hosting plan for both websites and they are vital for my business? It would be advisable to establish an email channel for reaching Weebly support without jeopardizing passwords as a result of infections within Weebly's infrastructure.

To whom it may concern, I am one of the earliest users of Weebly and was granted the privilege of a pro-version for ten sites. I have been actively promoting Weebly within the K-12 and higher education communities where I teach. After a break, I returned to find my site reverted to the unpaid version, losing all privileges and rendering my sites less functional given the options I had previously. Despite attempting to build a new site for my consultation company, I encountered domain issues and was dismayed to find that there was no tech support available for my account. I am deeply disappointed with the current state of Weebly's service. Should I file a complaint to address the loss of my website investments and time due to the removal of my privileges without my consent, especially considering my support for the platform? Any advice would be appreciated.

Weebly has notified me via email that my trial of our customized email address [redacted] has expired, and I need to renew it to continue using this address. However, I am currently in Cuba until May 24 and cannot access any Weebly links to renew online. I want to contact Weebly by email for assistance, but I cannot find their email address online. I am struggling with limited internet access in Cuba to reach American websites. I am seeking a direct email contact for Weebly for communication. Thank you.

I have activated 'SimpleChat' and paid in advance after a 2-week trial, but it's not "LIVE!" Weebly now wants to charge for Customer Service calls, which is disappointing. The 'Live Chat' has been unhelpful with the spinning donut for 20 minutes. I am used to excellent customer service; I need more details on making the chat feature truly 'live' on my website. I have uninstalled the feature to avoid being charged after the trial. My issues are not resolved, so please do not note them as "FIXED" on this page. I am trying to cancel our website. The individual who initiated it left the company years ago, and we are no longer able to access it. We have attempted to contact your company several times without success. Yesterday, we were on hold for over an hour. The address linked to this account has been discontinued due to inactivity over the years, making it impossible for us to log in. I created a one-page website last Friday and I'm struggling to edit it as I keep getting redirected to an old version. I received a notice from Weebly about renewing one of my websites. Despite expressing my desire not to renew it, they charged my credit card. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for a refund, I received no response. Finally, after involving my credit card company to reverse the charge, Weebly proceeded to cancel all my websites and is now unresponsive. This incident is frustrating as I've been a customer since [redacted]. Currently, I am unable to reach them as my login details are invalid, and the phone support does not recognize my account. The lack of communication and difficulty in resolving this issue is causing me financial loss. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I have created a website using Weebly, and I am looking to allow my clients to pay with credit and debit cards in addition to PayPal. I initially tried setting up payments through Stripe, but unfortunately, my country (Jordan) is not supported by Stripe. I am currently on a Business plan with Weebly and I am considering upgrading to Business Plus to use Square for card payments. Alternatively, I am wondering if I can simply copy the PayPal URL and paste it into my Weebly site to allow customers to pay directly with their credit or debit cards. I would like to explore all options to provide my clients with different payment methods. Any suggestions or guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a free Weebly account, and despite contacting them by phone, I was informed that free accounts do not include phone support. They directed me to their help page, but I couldn't find a way to send them a message. The site suggests logging in for better service, but I'm facing issues logging in currently. I urgently need Weebly to resolve the errors on my sites - both linguae.weebly.com and chineselanguages.weebly.com are displaying '[redacted]' error messages, and I'm unable to access them using my usual login credentials.

I am in urgent need of assistance to connect my Weebly website to the domain name I purchased. I am currently experiencing an issue where I am stuck on a blank onboarding screen while trying to set up my account. I entered my information on the first screen and clicked "next," but I have been stuck on the blank screen for the last 45 minutes. I am unsure if the site is down or experiencing problems. I am eager to use this site but this experience has not been a great start. We were not made aware of the automatic resizing of our photos, resulting in inaccurate thumbnails that only display a portion of the artwork on our site. I need advice on how to use my website's address as my email. Currently, I use Google Apps for this purpose, but due to a significant price increase, I want to explore other options. I also want to opt-out of Weebly's automatic service renewal and receive prior notification before any charges. I am awaiting a response to an email I sent to Weebly support on December 9th. Additionally, I find the recorded female voice on Weebly's telephone line (00-1-[redacted]) difficult to hear.

I have been playing the Words Journey app from the Google Play store. The app requires the earnings to reach a minimum of $[redacted] to be able to cash out. After playing for over 40 hours and reaching $96, the payouts stopped despite completing more puzzles. The earnings per puzzle started high but decreased significantly once I reached $60 in earnings. I have tried contacting the developer at [redacted] multiple times over three weeks but have not received any response. If this issue is not resolved by 12/31/19, I will consider taking legal action.
