As a residential customer, I recently placed an order with the order number [redacted]1. Unfortunately, I seem to have mistakenly purchased the wrong lids for my 2 (2Qt) Cambro Translucent Food Storage containers and 1 (4 Qt.) 2SFSPP190 with green demarcations. Despite not wanting green lids, it appears they are the only ones that fit my containers. I am looking to return my Translucent Camwear Seal Covers (SFC2SCPP190) and exchange them for the appropriate Seal Covers (possibly the green ones) that match my containers. The high shipping costs are a concern for me, so any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I discovered Cambro products through Cooks Illustrated, which highly recommended their products. Since I couldn't find what I needed on Amazon, I turned to your website as the best alternative.

I tried to purchase 6 cognac glasses but did not finish the order. Instead, I received two boning knives from FedEx. The package was addressed to me, but the packing slip indicates it was meant for Clifford Blackwood in West Haven CT. I ended up buying different glasses because of the delay. PayPal was charged $48.70 for the incomplete purchase. I am seeking a refund of the $48.70 I paid with PayPal and I am willing to return the knives. Thank you.

I received inaccurate information from your representative regarding your product. The calamari, Item #[redacted]11, is not sourced from sustainable waters, and is processed in China, which is not what I desired. Despite my attempt to cancel the order within 90 minutes of placing it, I am now left with 7.5 lbs of fish. I am disappointed in your company for this oversight. Hello, I recently spoke with a representative named Mason about ordering more Big Train Sugar-Free Iced Coffee Vanilla Frappe mix. I mentioned that the bag I had was from Jan/Feb of [redacted], making it a year old despite the Best Use by date being Oct [redacted]. I wanted to purchase fresher bags, but Mason insisted on going by the Best by date. Despite my explanation, he did not offer any assistance, leaving me dissatisfied with his lack of concern. I will now have to seek another supplier as I was not able to obtain more recent products. I was surprised by his attitude and lack of helpfulness. I may consider speaking to a supervisor about this experience. A friend recommended your company to me, but I will have to update them on the treatment I received. On 06/26/[redacted], I placed an order with order no. [redacted]1 for a mop bucket. Unfortunately, the mop bucket arrived damaged as the mop wringer inside punched a hole through the bucket's side wall. The box it came in also has a hole, likely due to rough handling during delivery. Although I wasn't home when it arrived, it seems all boxes in the delivery are damaged. The mop bucket number is 274mopbcktye, and I found the boxes of can liners also damaged but taped up. Despite the delivery being over a fence, I suspect the damage didn't occur there. How can I arrange for a replacement? Thank you in advance. - William A.

I got my commercial kitchen aid 8 Qt mixer 2 years ago, just in time for Christmas. I opted for this mixer based on its reviews and the need for a larger option to handle bread mixing, but unfortunately, I am quite disappointed. Ever since I started using it to mix bread (max 4 loaves at a time), the machine tends to get warm. Lately, when whipping buttercream frosting, the mixer heats up significantly to the point where even the metal part through which the shaft goes gets too hot to touch. A few months back, it even started to make a grinding noise at the front as if gears were grinding, though it ceased after a minute. Today, the noise has reappeared. I never anticipated encountering these issues. I'm beginning to wonder if the one I received was reconditioned, although my husband paid full price for it. What I truly desire is a replacement unit because I fear this one won't last much longer.

It took two and a half hours to order the stainless steel handwashing sink model 600HS17SP. After canceling and reordering with the shipping address for the church, I used my Visa card for payment. I was asked for a tax exemption document instead of having a chat agent record the information. The tax feature did not work when I selected Pennsylvania. Eventually, I sent my church tax exemption details in a PDF via email on 9/16/21. I would appreciate confirmation that you received the Pennsylvania Tax Exemption Document sent as an email attachment. Following this, I anticipate a prompt $7.35 tax credit back to my Visa card account.

Order #[redacted]5 included the 3 Lavex Janitorial black trainable slim trash can dollies I purchased, but unfortunately, they arrived without the 12 integrated swivel wheels. I am uncertain about how to attach them as there were no instructions included. Each dolly has a large plastic key-like component underneath, but it's unclear if this is for assembly. I am concerned I may be missing additional parts. Your prompt assistance would be highly valued as we were eager to start using them upon delivery. Order# [redacted]8 I would like to express my gratitude for the prompt delivery of my order. However, I must share my disappointment with the condition of the packaging. The boxes were damaged and unsealed upon arrival, and the way the items were packed was below standard. Specifically, the 4 additional syrup dispensers were in an unsealed box with the dividers unassembled, causing the dispensers to shift around. Furthermore, the box containing 12 dispensers was placed on top of plastic cups without being properly sealed, resulting in a chaotic mix of utensils inside the shipping box. This lack of attention to detail in packing at three different locations reflects a subpar quality control process. As a customer who values the products I receive, I am disheartened by the careless handling of my order.
