the number you sent the code to is a land line. what is it you do not understand, question do you have a record of me as paid for the service? if you do can you put webroot back onto my desk top. if not can you let me know so I can change my provider. I need you to reinstalled the anti virus. I want you to remotely place webroot on my pc. I want a human response. I want you to activate my anti virus. I want to get the product that I am paying for. I want you to stop giving me the run around is that enough detail?

GetHuman-sherli did not yet indicate what Webroot should do to make this right.
