I just want my items, and an invoice to pay for the other items. One order is $***.** and the other invoice is for $*,***.** which I need a new invoice for. ... There has been unproductive communication for items that I purchased back in May of ****.
The lack of communication and the intimidation that I feel because of the communication. Lack of trust, and I've have been losing money for waiting so long for the merchandise.
They already have my $***.** and all I need is my new invoice for *,***.** so I may pay for the other order, and shipped my product out immediately with tracking number, and we won't ever have to worry about doing business together, ever again.
I won a bid at auction zip and paid over $*,***.***I waited almost a month and all I received was some cheap coins and a roll of ** silver rounds that all didn't match. Then I still had a $***.** order and a $*,***.** order pending, with all of the lack of understanding and communication not to mention waiting so long and reading reviews on the BBB site made things worse for me. In conclusion, I was insulted and treated badly verbally, but they still have my $***.** and I want to still give them the $*,***.** but I need the new invoice. I don't want to communicate with them, I need a mediator and I just want my items so I can not have worry about doing business with them anymore.
I tried to communicate, I have been patient, I tried to call and email, as soon as I did chargebacks, then I would get a response but then the communication feel apart again. Too much, that I am having medical issues.
