We have Zoho Books and have tried to issue a refund, but the customer has still not received the credit after * days and it has not been withdrawn from out account. We followed the tutorial on Zoho Books on how to issue a refund. This would be much easier to resolve if you all had a phone number.
I trust that WePay will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
