I've sent an email and waited on hold for two hours, but no one has addressed my issue yet. I ordered a Tom and Jerry watch for a Christmas gift on Dec 6, but I haven't received it. The payment was quickly deducted from my account. I need assistance.

I only received one shirt out of the four ordered. What is happening? FedEx has been unhelpful as well as my items were not delivered. I am frustrated with this back and forth. If my missing items cannot be located, I request a refund for the three shirts. This situation is exhausting. Please assist. Re: Order #: CWZ-GQJPK-[redacted] Hello, I am reaching out regarding the Danny Rojas jersey that my son ordered. He used his own money to purchase it for his Halloween costume. The order was placed on 10/11 with an expected delivery of 4-7 business days. Unfortunately, we have been informed that it will now be shipped out on 11/1, missing Halloween. We were not informed of this delay and have been eagerly awaiting the package. Our preference is to expedite the order for Halloween. If this is not feasible, we would appreciate a refund or some form of compensation. My son really wants the jersey, but it seems he will not be able to dress up as Danny Rojas as he had planned for Halloween.
