I been a frequent shopper with Wayfair and would like to continue to be. However, my present situation has given me some doubts about customer support services I believed you would be there when I needed it. I purchased a recliner from you in July **** along a service plan just in case something went wrong with mechanism and it did. I call Wayfair and for all intents and purposes was told that Wayfair was not responsible for the repair until the item was a year old. I was told I needed to contact the manufacturer about any repairs. I was given information on how contact the manufacturer and that was all the support I was given. So I email the manufacturer and as I expected I haven't heard back. How many days, weeks or even months should I wait?
