I called for the balance of my credit card and paid in full. I am now receiving recurring bills with accumulated late fees. I am suffering from financial difficulties due to a pay reduction from COVID. Additionally, I am recovering from a surgery that has resulted in further financial stress. Please remove the late fees accessed and bring my account in good standing. I believed Wayfair to be a fair and compassionate organization. However, my recent communication with the staff proves otherwise. Please help out and remove the unjust wait fees. Thanks in advance for your assistance and understanding. Margaret Argento
