Dear Wayfair**I ordered a bed for a brand new apartment with no one in there and your delivery driver refused to take it to the apartment. I find this preposterous and unprofessional. Even if the policy is doorstep delivery because of covid, not taking it to at least the doorstep of the apartment is absolutely ridiculous. Order number **********. **I want a redress of this huge waste of my time and resource.
