The issue in GetHuman-robeydaw's own words
I ordered a Schuyler TV Stand for TVs up to **" with Electric Fireplace Included. A week later. I got a email saying that there was a mistake, and it was not in stock after all. I told them to let me know when it comes back in stock. The other day I get an email saying it is back in stock. I called Wayfair to order the item. They did not know why I was sent the email, and said that the item was still not in stock. I told them I was not pleased by all the mistakes. I told them that there was another Schuyler TV Stand for TVs up to **" with Electric Fireplace Included. This had glass on the cabinet doors, and cost about $*** more. I asked if they would sell me this one for the price of the other one. I was told they would not do that. I would like it if they at least would meet me half way for my inconvenience for there not one mistake, but two mistakes.
GetHuman-robeydaw did not yet indicate what Wayfair should do to make this right.
