Ordered * bathroom reversible rugs. Color: cream. Received colors: * Cream the other Gray.*I want an exchange for the Gray rug, however, I do not want to pay for the return postage, since it was not my fault the wrong color rug was sent. Fedex was the shipper. I've been on the phone for over an hour and no pick up. The UPC codes are different! Tinsley Luxurious Soft Multiple ***% Cotton Reversible Bath by Alcott Hill. I want to exchange the Gray rug for Cream color without paying the return postage. Wayfair should pay for return postage.

I waited * hour for a customer service. She was very helpful-I explained the 'WRONG' color was sent and I wasn't going to pay for the return. Resolved: I wait * wks for Wayfair to reach out to retrieve the Gray rug, if I don't hear from Wayfair, it's mine to keep. Customer service placed an order for the Cream rug. Received an email stating a replacement order was initiated. Tracking number to follow. I was pleased, let's hope it all goes well with getting the Cream rug.
