I placed an order on *-**-** for an item and charged it to my Visa credit card. I never received an email confirmation for my order, so after an hour had passed, I placed the order again and charged to my PayPal account and immediately received email confirmation from PayPal and from Wayfair. When I checked my Credit Card statement several days later there were * charges of $**.**- one to Wayfair and one to PayPal. When I tried to call Customer service I waited for over * hours, so I emailed Wayfair and expalained the situation. Forrest responded to my email saying there were indeed * orders and both had already shipped, so I could just return one when I received them. I asked if I would have to pay the shipping charges and Lisa responded in email that the shipping charges would be waived. During this entire time when I check my account and orders, only * order still shows. I received both items yesterday and started the refund process, and was indicated that I wouldhave to pay shipping charges of $**.**. After numerous emails last night Tomas G. responded that the shipping charge would not have to be paid by me. I have returned item to FedEx and refund is showing on my account of $**.**. I want to know when the $**.** will be refunded also. And the *nd item I would like to return, I am very disconcerted with this entire experience with WafAIR AND I NO LONGER WANT THE ITEM. But I can't find an order for this extra item so I do not have any option for returning it. if you can"t assist me with returning this item, I don"t have any other recourse but to dispute it with PayPal and my credit card company. I have documentation of every email and message received from your company, so I feel confident that I could have the charges dropped and keep the merchandise. So if you want your merchandise back, I need this to be handled with a Full refund of the $**.** and the additional refund of $**.**. and email a shipping label and you will get your merchandise back.*The order * for the partially refunded item that has been returned by FedEx is ***********The order * for the other item (that I can't figure out how to return) is ********** with a refund of $**.**.
