I was on hold for ** minutes and NEVER got in touch with a representative. I am contacting you because my warranty claim for a defective outdoor dining room chair was rejected. This is utterly perplexing to me since I paid for the warranty under the assumption that a fundamental flaw in your product would be covered. Now, I don’t know if I will be able to get a replacement chair at all. I am highly disappointed customer. Also, I was sent no notification at all when the decision was made about to replacing your defective chair. I am very surprised by the lack of customer care being practiced here. This is not typical of the experiences I have had with Wayfair in the past
