The item I purchased was not as advertised, both in quality and by manufacturer. I reached out to the company stamped on the side for help and found out that they charge almost half of what I paid for the same price. I would like a partial refund of the difference.

GetHuman-cdumais did not yet indicate what Wayfair should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-cdumais fixed the problem
I called the number listed and spoke to them about the quality and price difference. I showed them the website from the manufacturer that built the bar and that the price was significantly cheaper. The gave me a **% refund which I thought was fair.
