I was trying to get an update on an order, since the delivery date information has not been updated and I did not receive my order as expected. ... I ordered * adirondack chairs from Wayfair.com on May ** and the estimated delivery date was June *, ****. It it now June **, **** and the delivery estimate has not been updated, nor have I received the item. I called Wayfair on June *, waited * hour and ** minutes on hold and then the rep told me that the items would ship out by the end of the week and I would get a notification. That did not happen. I would like my items delivered or at least an updated estimated delivery date so I can know when to expect them. This was especially frustrating because there is no way to contact them except for calling, and I waited on hold for almost * hours.
I want my items or at least I want to know when I will be getting them!
I have been a Wayfair customer for * years and have referred many people to their site. I have now started ordering more from Overstock.com because Wayfair is less dependable.
