I made a purchase from Wayfair on 05/20/20 with order number [redacted] for a Cuisinart Stainless Steel 14-cup Food Processor, model CUI3690. Despite the current date being 06/09/20, I have not received any updates or communication regarding my order. I've contacted Customer Service several times in the past week, waiting over 70 minutes each time and eventually hanging up out of frustration. While I understand delays due to the pandemic, the lack of updates is concerning. I expected at least an email notification. I am disappointed with the service and unsure if I will shop with Wayfair again. I hope to receive assistance in determining the status and estimated arrival time of my order as checking my account online only shows the status as 'In Progress'. I purchased an office chair on 5/24 to improve my work-from-home setup during the pandemic. Initially promised for delivery on 5/30, then pushed to 6/4, it is now 6/9 and the chair hasn't arrived. Fed Ex claims it's not in their possession despite a provided tracking number of [redacted]50. I dread spending more time on hold with them only to hear it's not their problem. By contrast, a window fan I ordered after the chair is already here and set up. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating.

I placed an order for a trampoline on 5/6 and received it on 5/23 as expected. However, I have since received emails indicating that another trampoline is being shipped. Despite following the instructions to cancel the duplicate order, I have now been informed that it has already been shipped. I want to clarify that I only ordered one trampoline, which is already set up in my backyard. Returning a large item like this would be inconvenient for me.

I am concerned as the Fed Ex tracking number provided, [redacted]50, indicates that although a shipping label was created, the item was not actually received by Fed Ex for delivery. I am unsure why there seems to be a discrepancy, and I am eager to understand what is causing the delay with my order.

My grandmother purchased some chairs (Order #[redacted]) with expectations of a specific delivery timeframe. However, the delivery dates were changed multiple times. The latest schedule will result in no one being available to accept the delivery at her remote residence. Since she lives in an area without nearby neighbors, leaving the items in the driveway would leave them unattended. It is crucial to cancel the order now, especially since family members would have been present under the original delivery date.

I'm trying to locate my package status. I was provided with a tracking number, but it only shows that a shipping label was created over a week ago. FedEx mentioned that the shipper has prepared the package but has not handed it over for shipping yet. The estimated delivery date and status will be updated when FedEx receives the package. However, when I checked online, the item now shows as out of stock.

I purchased a Technivorm Moccamaster drip coffee maker, one of the pricier options available. Unfortunately, the first unit I received was faulty. A replacement was sent but got lost by FedEx. It's been a week, and I am left with a $[redacted] machine that doesn't work. As a surgeon with early morning starts, I rely on my coffee maker. I opted for Wayfair for quick delivery, but the experience has been disappointing. If they can't expedite a replacement, I would prefer a full refund to shop elsewhere.

I recently ordered panels from Wayfair and requested FedEx to hold the package at a nearby facility since I wouldn't be home to accept it. I live in an apartment building where packages are often misplaced. It seems that my parcel never left California, possibly due to Wayfair not authorizing FedEx to hold it. I am disappointed as the package was returned to the warehouse without reaching me. I anticipate a swift refund, as my order (No. [redacted]) costing $91.35, was not successfully delivered. I have been on hold for 3 hours now trying to reach customer service, but no one has answered yet. I purchased a 9-piece sectional outdoor set, but only 2 pieces have arrived. The order status shows it has been fulfilled, but the total weight of the package I received was only 55 lbs, far less than the expected [redacted] lbs. The items in the package are also unusable in their current state. Additionally, the propane fire table I ordered arrived partially damaged. I am requesting a full refund for the incomplete sectional set and a partial refund for the damaged fire table.

I recently placed an order, but realized my shipping address is incorrect. Despite my efforts to update it online, I was unsuccessful. After waiting for an hour, I spoke with a customer service representative named Mickey who was unable to change the address. She tried to transfer me to another department for further assistance, but the call got disconnected. I have been on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes without a response. I made an order this morning before 8 a.m. and unfortunately, it was duplicated by mistake. I quickly canceled one of the orders (#[redacted]), which is going to the wrong address. However, I received an email at 2:19 p.m. stating that both orders are being shipped, even though I tried to cancel the duplicate earlier. I urgently need assistance to cancel the duplicate order that was sent to the incorrect address. Thank you.

I seem to have an issue with my order. Despite multiple calls to Customer Service, the delivery date remains the same, and the order hasn't been shipped. Despite efforts to resolve the problem, including upgrading the shipping speed, the situation seems to be at a standstill. I have had to reschedule an electrician multiple times due to the delay and will be leaving town soon. I believe the best course of action is to place a new order with the same items, upgrade it to overnight shipping, and cancel the original order. This might be due to a computer glitch or an issue with the address. I've spent hours on hold trying to reach someone. The lack of cell service makes this even more frustrating. Thank you, Dia H.

I'm disappointed with the service provided by Wayfair. I ordered a chair with Order# [redacted], but it never arrived. I received a notification stating it was not accepted by me without any prior contact. After contacting customer service, a new chair was ordered under Order# [redacted], at an increased cost. The customer care representative assured me that the original order was canceled, and I would receive a refund within a few days. However, it has been over 20 days, and I am still waiting for the refund with multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach customer service. Additionally, a part of the chair was damaged and a replacement is on its way, adding to the frustration of the situation. I request a prompt resolution for the refund of Order# [redacted].

Order # [redacted] was placed on 5/13 with 2-day shipping. Despite multiple delivery dates, I received an email stating the order was discontinued and a refund would be issued. On 6/4, I called customer service and waited over an hour to get through. The refund of $[redacted].64 was processed on 6/5, but my full payment was $[redacted].99. Despite calling four times and facing disconnections, as of 6/10, there has been no mention of returns in emails or calls. I am willing to return the shipment if necessary. Contacting the company has been challenging, with over 3 hours spent on failed calls. Your prompt response to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On May 19, [redacted], I received a 3-piece recliner couch set. I used the Wayfair app to request a missing center back piece for my loveseat. Despite receiving an email confirming the shipment, I didn't get any tracking information. When I called on May 22, [redacted], I was told there was a confusion about my order, and they needed more details. The representative assured me the correct information was sent to the warehouse and that the missing part would be shipped soon, but I didn't receive any updates. On June 8, [redacted], after being on hold for over an hour, I submitted another request through the app. Although I was informed the missing piece would arrive by June 10, [redacted], my calls that day went unanswered, and I still haven't received the part from Wayfair.

Recently, I have been satisfied with my purchases from Wayfair, particularly the outdoor Flamingo Metal Fountain. However, my experience turned negative when the items arrived damaged twice with the pump missing a lamp. Despite submitting pictures and requesting a replacement, the second delivery also arrived in poor condition. Even the replacement pump was incorrect, as indicated in the instructions and confirmed by other customer reviews. Contacting customer service was challenging, as I had to explain the issue multiple times to Jessica on June 4th after waiting for 45 minutes on hold. After expressing my doubts about receiving the correct replacement, I opted for a return label. I left the damaged item outside for pick-up, but when I returned home, it was missing. Although an Enterprise truck came by later, there was no resolution or communication about the missing item. I am still waiting for a refund to be issued to my original payment method.

Hi, I wanted to share my recent experience with Wayfair regarding a purchase made by my mother-in-law, Catherine Kowalski, from my wedding registry. Despite receiving no shipping notifications, we discovered that the entire order of 11 items was canceled by Wayfair due to "inconsistencies." After contacting them, my mother-in-law was told to either send a check or let the cancellation stand. We opted to cancel the order entirely and shop elsewhere as we were not informed about the cancellation. Although the cancellation and refund were processed two weeks ago, I am now receiving notifications of items being delivered to AML in Seattle to be shipped to Alaska. Despite multiple attempts to contact Wayfair without success, AML in Seattle confirmed the delivery of three items with two already en route to Alaska. My mother-in-law received an email confirming the cancellation and refund. It's puzzling that Wayfair continues to ship items from my registry that were never paid for. Good morning, With reference to my order number [redacted] for the "Into The Light" wallpaper in the size 210cm L x 300cm W, priced at £73.33 plus p&p, I have a concern. The decorator I hired for today noticed a mark on one of the rolls, making him wonder if it was a second-grade product. Despite the flaw, I've instructed him to proceed with putting up the wallpaper. However, considering the price I paid, I'm disappointed and hoping for a resolution. I can provide photos of the issue if needed. I hope the mark won't be too noticeable once it's up. I have made multiple purchases from Wayfair over the years and recently bought some curtains. Unfortunately, they didn't work out and I missed the return deadline by a few days. I've been calling customer service for a week, waiting over 30 minutes each time, but haven't been able to get through. I have young children, so being on hold is a challenge.
