I have been trying to contact you for * weeks. I've spent over * hours of wait time on your customer service phone numbers. Yes, I am very disappointed in your customer service and will take further action if I do not get a response to this email. (Your email address is well hidden as are your phone numbers)*I purchased a set of shelves about *-* months ago. I kept getting notices that they had shipped, but following those messages I'd get a message telling me that they'd been returned during shipping because of damage. Approx * weeks ago I received the shelves in an incredibly damaged box. Inside the box were the shelves, * legs and * connecting bracket. I need * more poles (legs) and * more pole connecting brackets. How do you expect me to use these shelves? I have waited long enough. I want my missing parts to these shelves, ASAP. Excuse me but, I have been more than patient. I understand covid ** plays a role in the delay, but OMG, this long? And then I get an incomplete order? I will expect an answer that will explain how you will solve this issue very soon.
