The issue in GetHuman-richyj's own words
I ordered a Ina Brown Area Rug on ****. I received a text from Wayfair on May ** with tracking number ********** and then I received an email for the same order on ********** rug shipped on**** however I have not received the rug. I contacted Wayfair on **** and was told that they would send a message to the warehouse to check for the rug. If I didn't receive an email by **** to call back* I spoke to Casey. I called today and waited ** minutes only to be disconnected, I called back and waited another ** minutes only to be disconnected. I called again and selected assistance shopping and waited ** minutes. When I finally spoke to a rep he told be to hold and then I was asked to rate his service and then disconnected. I want a call, text or email with a status on the rug that I ordered. I will not call back again. I have been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money with your company. This is very poor customer service and I'm so disappointed.

GetHuman-richyj did not yet indicate what Wayfair should do to make this right.
