The issue in GetHuman-kbbray's own words
I ordered a desk from Wayfair on April **th at that point my desk was expected to delivery May **th. On April **th they sent an email that my desk would now be expected to arrive on Tuesday June **rd . I received an email on May **th to inform me that my desk would now be expected July *rd. I ordered this desk due to my changed working arrangement due to COVID-** so that I would have a home workspace. I understand that most companies are doing the best they can but this has become quite unacceptable with the continuous delays. I would like to receive a significant discount (at least **%) from Wayfair on my order for this unbelievably long wait time that had I known from the start I would not receive my desk until July I would have purchased from another vendor so that I would have had a desk by now to work from home. If they cannot accommodate I will have to cancel this order and find a vendor that can meet delivery expectations.
GetHuman-kbbray did not yet indicate what Wayfair should do to make this right.
