I ordered the Woodell Loveseat by Mercer ** in Golden Rod. I was told it was on backorder, and not due to be delivered until June. But without any notice (email or text) a loveseat arrived today, but it was the wrong color. They sent a gray one. I went online to do the steps to return it, but it says it is still on backorder and not coming til June *st. So, there is no button to press for return shipping or anything. What is going on? How do I return this item, and I might want to cancel this loveseat order all together?

So, after looking all over the internet for what number to call, I gave up for the evening. I kept getting the same voicemail. I thought I was calling within their "open" hours (*pm Pacific Time) which was why I was frustrated. Anyway, when I tried again this morning (*am) their phones were on the expected messaging and after ** minutes wait, I was able to talk to a rep. They were very helpful (though the issue isn't quite resolved), they aren't sure what happened in the order process either. BUT, I am confident that it will be fixed, no problem. That's all I wanted, was to talk to a person and not have to deal with online tools that weren't specific enough to my particular problem. I guess if their off hours messaging was clearer about what times they would take calls that would have been helpful instead of getting a message that said their available hours (which I was originally within) and then being hung up on.
