I decided to call a customer service associate with Wayfair and my issue has been solved to my satisfaction.

Date Placed: February **, **** Wayfair Order *********** I was initially happy with my order of * of these benches. They are fairly new but a couple of days ago, we had our * grandchildren seated on one bench, (the heaviest is ** lbs the other two maye **lbs each), when we heard a cracking noise. When I sat in the center of the same bench a few days later, I sank into the bench! We turned the bench over and noticed a large splitting crack running from end to end of the seat along the particle board the company chose to use in an area I personally would not want particle board. We check our other bench seat and there are no cracks at all. I have taken pictures and basically want to know if I have any choice with a refund or return at this time as my window of return as ended. I believe I should amend my review about this component and the weak seat support choice of particleboard.
GetHuman-lfrasca did not yet indicate what Wayfair should do to make this right.

I contacted Wayfair customer service on the phone as I was not finding a way to email. My purchase had passed the return window and I did not know if I have an option with the broken bench. I found out Wayfair guarantees their products for one year from purchase so they would be able to assist me. They are shipping me out a replacement bench part. I do not have to ship the broken one back. Just dispose of it! So I could not be more surprised or pleased!
