I ordered three rugs, one of which an * x ** I needed to be delivered by December ** for family visiting. I paid extra to have expedited delivery. Today on the **th I get a notification that FedEx could not read the label and so it’s delayed until the **th. The rug is useless to me if I don’t have it today. So what am I to do? After having paid additional money for expedited delivery that failed me… What’s my recourse?
