I placed an order with you December **, **** and it was charged to my credit card. On December **, ***** I called for a progress update. To my surprise* I was told by your agent (Renee) that I owed the amount of the merchandise. I told her that I already paid and she replied that Wayfair holds merchandise for * days before charging.I am pissed!!!! How in the **** did I pay for something and you tell me the merchandise was on hold for * days and by then* there wasn't enough funds on the card* and that you tried recharging me again!!!!! What kind of idiotic system do you employ????? NOWHERE in your purchasing policy does it state that you hold merchandise for * days before you charge a customer. This is my FIRST TIME PURCHASING FROM YOUR COMPANY AND MY LAST!!!!! If it's NOT IN PRINT* HOW THE **** is someone to know you hold merchandise for * days before you charge. Never heard of such a thing in my life!!!! You should be ashamed of using a tactic no one knows. Besides that, I was told my money was credited back to my account on the **th. When I checked with my bank* NOTHING was shown credited back!!!!*Even your agent was confused about what happened!!!! Wayfair NEVER AGAIN!!!!***Order: ***********Merchandise: Jiketar Upholstered platform bed (king)
