The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

I ordered a rug from you and when I received it it was very moldy and made the living room smell for a day, even though it was only inside for about * minutes. I called customer service and they were very helpful and told me to throw that rug away and ordered me another one. This new one came today and it was also moldy, this was very upsetting because family is visiting soon and I really wanted a rug in the house for Christmas. I received a full refund by your helpful customer service but I do feel that this was handled poorly and rugs should be checked for mold before people unknowingly bring them into their homes. I am about to start looking for another rug and I am not sure if I will chose wayfair to do so.
