I was trying to get my items delivered. ... I placed an order for a bed on ******* - I was not aware that this order would be arriving in * parts. It is now ******** and I still don't have the second part (rails*slats) or the mattress I ordered. Both of these orders have been delayed and the dates keep getting pushed further an further* apparently the first time it was delayed because it was placed on the wrong truck! When I spoke to customer service YESTERDAY to confirm what was coming and WHEN, the representative offered to have the mattress delayed so that it would arrive with the rails*slats kit. I explained to him that I didn't want to do that because as I am currently sleeping on the floor, I prefer to at least have the mattress. Now my delivery, which was supposed to be here on *****, has been delayed AGAIN!!! The new delivery date has now been pushed to ****** however, the delivery company refused to deliver the mattress later in the day instead of *-**, when I'm at work, and instead stated that I would have to push my order back ANOTHER * DAYS UNTIL SATURDAY. And after all the time I spent on the telephone, I was informed that my order MIGHT be delivered on ***** between *-*pm ASSUMING THAT THE RAIL*SLATS KIT COMES IN ON THE **ND!!!!!! So at this point even that delivery date*time is up in the air because the order that I placed on OCTOBER * may not come in by the **nd. I have ordered a bed, mattress, and sofa from Wayfair and the delivery company you employ may very well cause you to lose my business. I ordered these things because I NEED THEM but if this is delayed again I will cancel it all. I cannot express how upset I am because of this experience and ASSUMING I EVER RECEIVE MY ITEMS, will never order from Wayfair again. There is absolutely NOTHING speedy about your delivery. And if your response is an "I'm sorry" followed by an excuse, I'd rather you didn't contact me.
The "solution" that they offered wasn't any kind of solution at all. These people are not accommodating.
They could make this right by delivering my items when the say they're going to be delivered and stop pushing the date back. They need to get it together. Placed on the wrong truck! Seriously???
For at least * year
I've spoken to Wayfair customer service agents * times between yesterday afternoon and today. I also spoke to the delivery company and they were not even TRYING to make things right.
