I bought a Black Reclining and Lift Chair from Way Fair about * weeks ago and I also purchase the *year Warranty that went with it.* *I have been Very Happy with the Chair. It is very comfortable and everything I wanted.**But last night I got up and went to bed and everything was fine then this morning I sat down and went to recline and nothing happened. So I checked the Plug in and the little green light is on on the power box but nothing is happening.**I have tried to report this to the Warranty Company but they want me to download a picture of the chair and some of us are not tech savvy. They haven't sent me any paper work for the Warranty and they don't have their phone number listed on their site. It does say that they have live chat but I can't find it anywhere. **This is why I normally buy locally but I saw this chair and power sofa so thought I would give Wayfair a chance but I think a Power Chair should last a lot longer than * weeks.*I have been working on this issue for *hours now and am about ready to pull my hair out. I contacted WayFair and they took care of the problem very promptly and curtiously. I told them exactly what the problem was with the recliner that I had purchased. I had tried to contact the Warranty Company that I purchased the Warranty through and they wanted me to upload photo's of the chair. But like I explained to the Customer Service People some of us are not techies. All I needed when I spoke with Way Fair was my Name, Address, Last Four of my Social Security Number. They were so Helpful and Polite.
