The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

Upon calling a manager to complain, I was advised she would research the issue and provide me with an alternative couch at special pricing. She never called back.**Prior to going to social media, I thought I would give one last email to your customer service center and give Wayfair one last chance to atone for your customer service.
