I received a promo code for **% off today in an email and I have tried it on numerous products and it only tells me it's invalid. There are no caveats on the email for a price limit or any other usage directions. *I was told by one of your reps that it's supposed to be for a $** credit to my account, but I don't trust that. I was told by another that it is only good on a $** purchase. That doesn't work either. I also found the list of products it's not good for and tried a few of those, no joy.*It expires on March **st and I would like to use it but it's either broken or very vaguely worded as to usage.
