I placed an order for “Faux Fur throw pillows” set in PINK on October *rd. I received my package today but it wasn’t what I ordered. I received PINK metallic throw pillows instead by the brand cosmoliving. Although on the box the shipping label says what I ordered, Faux Fur pillows. Is there any possible way I can ship these pillows back and receive my original order with no shipping fee? My name is Kayla Vilar. Thank you!

Once I called the customer service number and explained to them my issue, the man Kevin was very helpful. He told me I would soon get my correct order shipped to me with no charge.
