Order ************I really am upset over your so called delivery service. First I am in Kingman Az they are in Las Vegas Nv over *.* hours away. They have had the sofa * days now according to the tracking. Now I will not get it until Monday because they do not work weekends and also they only come to AZ * time a week. So if they had gotten the sofa on Monday of last week I would have to wait a week for deliver based on * time a week they go to my state. HORRIBLE. If you had stated this I would have not purchased from you. You stated LOCAL service. The chair arrived quickly, although the Fed-Ex guy knew nothing about the delivery into my front room and I had to discuss it with him to do so. Now I cannot even enjoy the chair based on this issue and feeling that things have been misrepresented. I do not like misleading statements or acts. Lucky for you I already disposed the original boxing for the chair or I would consider sending both back for a full refund. Not happy at all......
