I am contacting you to complain about my order number ***********. I placed this order in April and was given a delivery date end of May. When I received email with delivery date I had to change it as works to the room had not been completed and so I sent an email to the deliver company (which I was asked to do on the email) asking for delivery week commencing **th June. Heard nothing back so I emailed again and again heard nothing back so I called Wayfair. I have spoken to * women so far - Bailey and Mary - they have been trying for the last * weeks to locate my parcels but to no avail!! Today I get a call on my ansaphone to say the parcels have possibly been "lost in transit" (possibly given to someone else I interpreted that as???!!!!) and so they have been re-ordered BUT wont be with us till end of July!!! I am truly and utterly frustrated which I am sure you can understand!!! I placed this ordered **th April and I will "possibly" get over * months later! I know its coming for Italy but this is ridiculous!! I would like to know what Wayfair are going to do as a gesture of goodwill? Maybe your delivery drivers can put together my * sideboards?
