Hello,**I ordered a bed frame from your website last Sunday. I took time off work on Thursday as I got an email saying it would be delivered and on Thursday, much to my disappointment, only part of the bed was delivered. This is unacceptable because I have already taken time off work and will now need to take another day unpaid to wait on the second part being delivered. When I called the helpline they informed me that the second part would be delivered within ** hours. It is now Saturday and I have heard nothing more. I am really disappointed as I had trusted the full bed would be delivered by the end of the week and because of this I have discarded my previous bed to allow space for the new one. I am now left without a bed and no communication as to when my full order will be here. This is unacceptable.
