My internet got shut off for a past due. The past due was my moms and I brought in a death certificate when I opened my account at her old address. They are trying to make me pay my moms past due. I have gone to the port angeles office * times and called multiple times. They told me it would be resolved in ** hours. I havent had internet for * days now. I should not be responsible for my dead mothers past due amount. Considering I opened a brand new account in my name. I want this issue resolved now before I switch internet providers. I've been dicked around enough from you guys saying just wait a little longer. I'm tired of waiting and want the service I pay you people for in working order. Please let me know when I will get my internet back up and running. I'm not paying my mothers past due. But I will pay what I owe without a problem as long as i get my internet back on.
