This is for whomever is concerned with customer experience regarding a concern expressed by phone. Yesterday, recycling in our neighborhood was evidently not picked up due to a temporary vehicle road blockage. I called your customer service number at approx *:** am today and after going through the automated system was assigned to a rep. *The experience with the rep was as follows:*Rep voice was broken up and very difficult to understand by loud keyboarding, barking dog, and male in the background loudly yelling at the dog to "shut up". The rep did satisfy our needs by escalating the issue and promising to have another truck out in ** hrs. No complaints regarding the resolution. *However, thought you might want to know what I experienced by phone as this was not a pleasant experience. *I would suggest a technology configuration change for this rep to eliminate the keyboarding interaction with the phone. Also suggest they keep their dog away from the office of the rep. *Thanks*Phil Louwagie. Zipcode *****
