I forgot to put my bins out as I believed it was a holiday weekend. No one in my cul-de-sac had their bins out, so I assumed it was fine. My trash and recycling bins are full and I can't wait another week. Leaving bags out isn't an option due to wildlife in the area that may cause a mess. I can't take them to the dump due to a recent hand surgery restricting my lifting ability. Kindly requesting Waste Management to make an exception and send a driver promptly to collect them. Thank you.

I scheduled new waste collection service to begin on Friday, July 5th, but it was rescheduled to Saturday, the 6th due to the holiday. While the recycling was picked up, the trash was not. Despite calling customer service on Monday morning, I was assured pickup by Tuesday, which did not happen. After being informed it would be collected on Wednesday with a callback confirmation that never came, I had to wait until the following Friday to finally have my trash collected. This pattern repeated the next week when the recycling was missed, despite multiple assurances of a return pickup that never occurred. Despite being a new customer and having paid a premium setup fee for a service with a guaranteed pickup rate, I have been disappointed with the lack of follow-through and poor communication. I hope to receive assistance promptly to resolve these recurring service issues.

I am a loyal customer residing at [redacted] County Road [redacted] D, Henderson, TX [redacted] for the past seven years. Despite always ensuring timely payments, my trash has not been collected for three consecutive weeks, even though I am paid up until August. I have diligently contacted the Kilgore office daily for the last 22 days, with promises of collection the next day, but to no avail. I reached out to Wes Breiterberg, the Manager of the commercial department in Henderson, in hopes to escalate the situation. Despite assurances from Wes and the residential manager for service today, July 22nd, no one came. Due to the escalation of the situation, I am left with a full bin of trash infested with maggots, causing distress among my large family and neighbors. Some neighbors have threatened legal action due to the unpleasant odor and maggots spreading. This continuous poor service has led 15 neighbors to stop using Waste Connections. Desperate for resolution, I have resorted to writing this plea for assistance after exhausting all other avenues except legal intervention.

The First Student facility in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania, is currently closed. We had arranged for Waste Management to pick up the dumpster on July 18th, but unfortunately, they missed the scheduled date due to driver shortages. Despite several reassurances for pickups on July 19th and 23rd, they were unsuccessful. Today, they called to cancel pickup once again. The only pending task for us is to have the dumpster removed. We are adamant that it must be taken away tomorrow, the 26th of July, without any further delays or excuses. We are insistent on its removal by Friday and are willing to consider all necessary measures to ensure its prompt disposal. If there are any concerns, please reach out to me at [redacted] ext. I called today to pay my bill and mentioned to the representative that the driver had already passed my house. She said if I settled the bill, they could contact the driver to turn back. I explained that there was enough money in my account, but they tried to withdraw more than the agreed amount. After making the payment, she informed me they wouldn't call the driver. I mentioned a previous conversation where it was agreed that if they missed the collection, they would send someone the next day at my expense. However, she refused this option as well. In the past, everyone I spoke to was friendly and cooperative, but these two individuals were rude and unhelpful. I urgently need my trash collected this week. I submitted a damage claim in May [redacted], which was my second one. For the first claim, it took numerous calls to reach someone to file it and then I had to contact the area manager multiple times for resolution details. The claim was handed over to a third-party company, and I had to persistently contact the claim representative to discuss options. They required me to handle all the leg work for estimates and repairs when a driver destroyed my well, leaving my house without water for over a month. Despite the settlement, a month later, they damaged my yard and driveway during their visit. The second claim I filed in May [redacted] still remains unresolved. Despite forwarding estimates, the claim representative has not returned my calls or emails. The issue prevents me from selling my house, but there has been a lack of communication or action from the company's end. Considering hiring an attorney due to the lack of progress. The recent claim was filed for $[redacted].99, but the overall losses due to property damage are substantial.

My recycling pickup has been missed for the second time. I am not pleased that my scheduled pickup for Friday 8/30/[redacted] was overlooked. Waste Management has a record that my recycling should be collected every other Friday from my driveway near the garage. I pay for this service and expect it to be done as agreed. There are no issues with my trash pickup, and I hope for the same level of service for recycling. I will not tolerate this lack of service if the driver fails to pick up my recycling just because it's not on the curb. As a disabled veteran, I rely on this service. Our garbage is usually collected on Tuesdays. Due to a holiday delay, only the recycling was picked up on Wednesday, not the regular trash. The city worker mentioned a safety issue related to ongoing work. While the city and trash haulers were supposed to coordinate, the regular trash was not collected. Despite being assured by a city worker, the trash remains uncollected. Following up via chat provided reassurance that the problem would be resolved, but the trash is still at the curb. I am frustrated with WM and feel such issues are becoming more frequent. There is a lack of notification when pickups are missed, leaving me to call and inquire. I seek contact information for a manager or supervisor as this recurring problem may lead us to reconsider using WM for both our home and rental property in the future.

I called today at 4:30 regarding a bill for my old house, which I sold in July. I notified you on the day of the closing about the sale, and I had Vogel's service, not Waste Management, when I lived there. I haven't resided in that house since June [redacted]. Despite my previous calls, the person I talked to today was rude and insisted I never informed about the sale. I distinctly remember speaking with Alexander in July. The lady's rudeness led to an argument, and she abruptly hung up on me. I hope this issue is resolved promptly and that I won't receive another bill for [redacted] Alhambra Drive, Butler, PA [redacted]. I also requested to speak with a manager, but she denied me that. I am seeking a company to dispose of surplus inventory stored in two warehouses in Newark. The inventory includes glass beads, rhinestones, and metal settings in wood cases and cardboard cartons, totaling about [redacted] cases/cartons occupying [redacted] cubic feet. The items are palletized for easy pickup. If interested, kindly bid on this project. There is a second warehouse with a similar quantity of merchandise to be cleared eventually. I am a Bagster customer with a recent pick-up issue. I scheduled a pick-up following the provided instructions. When the driver arrived, they did not fully inspect or collect the bag, driving off quickly. Despite meeting all guidelines, I was informed of a $50 trip charge when I contacted support. I believe the driver's lack of effort warrants a reconsideration of this fee.

There has been trash between my neighbor's house and mine for three weeks. I filed a request last week, but the garbage man didn't pick it up when he came down our side of the street. When he reached the other side, I asked why they hadn't taken it. He mentioned they can't make two stops for the same house and that it needs to be by the driveway. I pointed out that the yard waste truck can collect it all. He argued it would fall apart if they tried to pick it up. I believe it's poor customer service and laziness. The garbage is only about 15 feet from the driveway edge. Thank you.

I would like to report that my yard waste has not been collected on the designated day, while everyone else's waste has been picked up. I tried contacting the local office and was assured the issue would be resolved. I have brought up this problem before, and after a call from a corporate representative, the situation improved temporarily. Unfortunately, the problem has resurfaced. I am considering switching to a more reliable waste management service. It is disheartening to pay for a service and not receive it as expected. I reside at [redacted] Magnolia Drive in Mentor, Ohio, and my yard waste is placed by my driveway on Lotus Avenue.

I noticed that my blue recycling bin with the cracked lid was not emptied this morning. I live on the end lot, making it easy to miss. I am concerned about attracting rodents due to the crack. Could someone come by to pick up my green recycling bin tomorrow? I plan to call in the morning to confirm. I am considering using duct tape to seal the crack but want to make sure it’s allowed. Thank you for maintaining the neighborhood so well, especially on windy days where it seems impossible to collect trash with 60 mph winds. The team does an excellent job! Thank you, Linda S.

I was missed last Wednesday and have been trying to get picked up ever since. My wife called last Wednesday, I called last Thursday and was told you would pick up no later than Friday at noon. I was out of town this past weekend, and due to your good service, my trash was still there. I called Monday morning and was told that someone looked into my garbage can and found nothing. While the lady was on the phone, I walked to my fence and showed her that it was still full. Then she told me that you do not pick up bags outside of a container. This is the first time I have heard this in the 20-plus years I have been a customer. I reside at [redacted] Holton Street in St. Paul, MN, in a family home with weekly trash collection. Due to my disability, I require walk-up service, which involves the driver retrieving my trash can from behind a gate near my pink garage. Despite previously encountering a problem with missed pickups and receiving a credit for a free month, I would prefer consistent service rather than compensatory offers. Unfortunately, the driver overlooked my garbage bags for two consecutive weeks, resulting in an overflowing can. I rely on Waste Management to fulfill their weekly garbage collection duties. Since the acquisition of the previous neighborhood hauler, service quality has declined. I hope that the company values employee satisfaction, as it reflects in their work performance.

I would like to address a recent customer service experience I had regarding a missed recycling pickup in my neighborhood due to a temporary road blockage. When I called customer service this morning at around 8:30 am, I was connected to a representative. However, during the call, I found it challenging to understand the rep due to background noise like loud keyboard typing, a barking dog, and a man shouting at the dog loudly to be quiet. Despite this, the rep did handle my issue satisfactorily by escalating it and ensuring another truck would be sent within 24 hours. I wanted to bring attention to the distracting noise during the call and suggest improvements such as reducing keyboard noise and ensuring pets are kept away from the work area. Sun City Oro Valley recently negotiated the pickup fee down from $75.00 to $35.00, however, additional charges were added for Fuel/environment material offset, Regulatory cost/recovery charge, and Administrative charge of $7.76, $1.24, and $6.50 respectively per pickup. According to a WM employee, these fees are now standard with each billing due to the reduced pickup fee. Many users in Oro Valley Sun City have encountered these fees, prompting concerns about unethical business practices. As someone with auditing experience, I find negotiating invoices each quarter unsettling. The company prioritizing profit over customer service is troubling. I urge for a thorough audit of WM to address these questionable practices and unnecessary fees.

I have encountered an issue with my waste collection services. It has been three weeks since my trash was last picked up, causing a buildup of odors and attracting flies. Due to a terminal illness, I am unable to take the trash to the curb myself. Previously, the person responsible for collecting the trash would come to the carport to assist me, but there seems to be a new employee now who has neglected to pick up the trash despite looking at it last Friday. I suspect that the container was too full for him to move, which would not have been the case if he had collected it on schedule. Unfortunately, using additional yellow bags was not an option as it would attract animals. I have reached out to the main office multiple times to address this issue to no avail, even after purchasing extra yellow bags to facilitate the process. This ongoing situation is causing significant inconvenience for me.

I have contacted 6 different WM customer service representatives since February [redacted] to request an "Application for Low Income billing." Unfortunately, I have received the wrong application once and have not heard back despite being promised calls on the other 5 occasions. My bill is exceptionally high, and due to not working during the pandemic, my monthly income is $[redacted]. My [redacted] Income Taxes, which the application requires, demonstrate that I qualify as low income. Despite visiting the Bernalillo County Office in Albuquerque and calling the number provided on the door, where I was assured a call back, I am still waiting two months later.
