At approximately * P.M. today (**********) while I was away from my residence , a Waste Management disposal truck dislodged utility wires connected to my residence from the service pole on the west of side of Marley Road -- a limited access private road.* When I returned to my residence*at * PM, I saw the AT&T line hanging down on the fencing along my driveway.* A family member gave me Mr. Tyler Hartje's card and informed me what had happened.***When I spoke with Mr. Hartje on the phone at *:** P.M. today, he stated that AT&T had been contacted regarding the phone line the Waste Management driver pulled down while on the private road in front of my residence.* He also stated that AT&T indicated to him that the repair would be completed by *:** PM (CST) today (********).* At *:** PM I contacted AT&T and they had no record of the repair request and could not locate any request without a repair ticket number, which Mr. Hartje did not provide, if indeed he had one.* I left him a voicemail at *:** P.M. today with this information and requested the repair ticket number from him.* At this point AT&T has advised me the EARLIEST that they can address the wire that is hanging down on my fence is Wednesday, **********.**Since the family member said they had heard a loud noise when the wires were pulled away from my home, I contacted Commonwealth Edison to determine the status of electric utility connection* to my residence.* While examining the connection at *:** P.M. the repair technician informed me that in addition to the AT&T line,* the Comcast internet line to my residence had also been dislodged from the building and would need to be properly reattached.****In the phone conversation, Mr. Hartje did not address my concerns about the other utilities attached to the residence.****I had to contact Comcast regarding properly reattaching their line to my residence.**I definitely do not appreciate the damage (holes in the siding where the wires were attached), inconvenience (contacting Commonwealth Edison to have a technician verify that the electric connection to the building is secure,* contacting AT&T to follow up on repairs, contacting Comcast), and aggravation the Waste Management driver's actions caused driving over-sized equipment on a single lane private road with overhead utility wires.**Mrs. P.
