I have a Ford [redacted] station wagon registered in Michigan with the title and plate number 1fdre14w8xhc22628. I wanted to add my spouse to the vehicle, but due to an emergency, I inquired about alternative ways to do it, and I was informed he needed to be present in person. When I brought him to the DMV after his hospital trips, I was told I had to wait for the title and pay around $[redacted] to add him, which could have been done with a notarized form. However, I believe the title transfer from Michigan to Washington was incorrect as it listed the vehicle as a cargo van with a curb weight of [redacted], whereas previous records indicate it's a station wagon with a lower weight range. I also wasn't advised I could have taken the form for my spouse to notarize and complete the transfer process without the extra cost later on. I am seeking assistance to rectify these discrepancies.

I recently purchased a vehicle and attempted to submit a report of sale online. After inputting my card details and proceeding with the transaction, I received a message stating that the order could not be processed and was cancelled. Despite the message, I noticed that my card was charged the $8.75 fee. I tried the process again with the same outcome. I have sufficient funds in my account, so that should not be the issue. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly so I can successfully complete the report of sale for my vehicle. Thank you. Seller Name: David H. Seller Address: [redacted] 194th St Ct E Spanaway, WA [redacted] Seller License #: HAGENDJ102NP Buyer Name: Gabrielle Karnofski

I purchased a blazer and a MG Midget from Brown's Garage in Shelton, WA. The blazer was not hers, and the Midget was signed over to her by Ron Archer Blye. I took her to court and won the case, but she refuses to pay. Neither collections nor the sheriff will intervene. I am out over $[redacted] in cash and repairs. The '77 Midget was taken by Ron Blye, the registered owner, as Marlo had not changed the title. Marlo never provided me with a title or bill of sale for either car. Ron Blye filed for bankruptcy to avoid court regarding the Midget. Despite the small claims court awarding me $1,[redacted] for the car, I am the legal owner. Ron misled me when he took the car back, and I aim to address this in Oregon. I want the car returned to me and penalties for Ron Blye's deceit to the police and DMV. The DMV's inaction has risked my life and caused me to lose my only car. I refuse to be crucified, insulted, and mistreated by the DMV, Ron Blye, and Marlo Brown. Please contact me at [redacted]. My vehicle registration certificate incorrectly lists First Tech FCU as the legal owner, a mistake repeated for the past three years. I have notified the Department of Licensing in [redacted] and [redacted] with proof of my ownership, but correcting this error has been frustrating. The process outlined on the website did not help, and speaking to a representative confirmed that I must resubmit the information and pay a $35 fee. Dealing with bureaucratic inefficiency is challenging, especially during a pandemic, and it is a burden for someone in their 70s at high risk.

I received a ticket and intended to pay the fine without going to court. However, I recently discovered that the fine was unpaid when I got pulled over months later. My license had been suspended. I urgently tried to resolve this issue by contacting collections to make a down payment and start the process. Unfortunately, when I attempted to access the necessary information online, I encountered difficulties with the login. I now find myself locked out after multiple unsuccessful attempts. I have always struggled with online processes, and this is no exception. I am seeking assistance to ensure I am prepared for my court date, ideally with my license in hand or with a clear resolution. The officer who issued my latest ticket was unsure of the reason for the license suspension, adding to my confusion. I kindly request guidance to navigate this challenging situation.

I recently had my interlock ignition device installed by SmartStart on August 27th. Upon installation, the technician assured me that they had sent a copy of the install report to the DOL as well as to my email. Subsequently, I submitted my IIL application, SR22 insurance, copy of installation, and application fee on August 29th. The DOL cashed my $[redacted] application fee on September 2nd. However, on Thursday, September 23rd, after contacting the DOL for a status update, I was informed that they were still awaiting the report for my interlock device directly from SmartStart. Despite my efforts and assurance from SmartStart that they had sent the report on two occasions (August 27th and September 24th), the DOL claimed they had not received it. I even reached out to the interlock email address but to no avail. It is frustrating that despite all documentation being submitted at the end of August, my restricted license is still pending.
