I purchased a vehicle today and put in a report of sale online. When I put my card number in and press the button to complete, it said my order could not be completed*was cancelled and I would not be charged. I have sufficient funds in my account to cover the cost so that isn’t the issue. I tried the report of sale a second time and the same thing happened. Also both times it “cancelled” my order I was actually charged the $*.** fee both times.
