On ******** my bank account, via my debit card, was billed $***.** for my Washington Post digital subscription without ever notifying me that the subscription was due. At this point I have no idea what the $***.** covers though my understanding is that it is for a premium membership. I let the deduction stand without complaining about the way it was taken because I do use it almost every day. *Then this morning, I logged on and went to read a story and was informed I couldn't access the story until I paid my membership. At this point, I'm pretty angry. I'm hoping you can get this straightened out ASAP. *Kristine Eden Rankin

The only thing I did was notify customer service. They must have fixed the problem with my account from their end. I appreciate their help.*kristine
