Good evening— I have noticed a recurring monthly charge of $** for a Washington Post subscription. I had a subscription at one time, but cancelled that long ago. Upon noticing the charges last month, I decided to try and login since it appears I was paying for a subscription. However, when I login the account doesn’t show a active subscription. I have tried every email*password combination and tried resetting my passwords as a last resort. Why am I being charged for a subscription that I do not have and cannot utilize? This is not the first time this has happened to me with the Washington Post. I have been charged $** monthly since ****. This is at least my *th attempt to rectify this issue, but I’ve had no luck. Please tell me the best method to contact you for a resolution. It would also be helpful to have a specific person to contact each time.
