*.We received by mail an offer for the WP for ** weeks at $*.** * week. Will that be our rate even though we live outside the immediate DC area in zip code *****?**.When I called the number on the offer I spoke to a woman whose English I could not understand even with many attempts. I asked to be connected to someone else, but she*seemed reluctant to do that. She said finally that she would connect me with customer service, but after about * minutes of waiting.the call was disconnected. This person's English speaking level needs much improvement along with a course in courtesy. Thank you for your help.

I called the main number for the Post and not the number on the offer we received in the mail. Excellent assistance and the problem was solved.
