I ordered a t-shirt (as a birthday gift) on August **th. The shirt has still not shipped and I am aware of their warehouse move, however there are currently * pending charges to my credit card for this same t-shirt, which is holding my money hostage because it drops my available balance significantly. I have contacted the store via the "contact us" button twice in the past almost two months and other than a automated reply about how they usual respond within * to * business days, they are experiencing high volume of calls due to their warehouse move and getting help could be delayed further. I want this order cancelled at this point. Too much frustration for a t-shirt, even though the child it was ordered for had really wanted it badly.

GetHuman3691089 did not yet indicate what Warner Music Group Corp. should do to make this right.
