I have been playing World of Tanks since February this year. I have invested a significant amount of money in premium tier 8 tanks. However, I find myself consistently matched against tier 10 tanks, making it challenging to compete. Despite using premium ammo, I struggle to penetrate the armor of these higher-tier tanks, while they can easily eliminate me with one shot. This seems unfair as I end up losing money and experience while they continue to excel. Many players, including myself, believe that tier 10 tanks should only battle against tier 9 and 10 tanks for a more balanced gameplay experience. In such situations, relying on other players for assistance often proves ineffective in the heat of battle.

Hello, I would like to bring up an issue that I'm hoping you can assist with. I purchased 17,[redacted] doubloons for $49.55 using a $50 Visa Gift Card on the World of Warships website. Even though it has been nearly a week, I have yet to receive the doubloons. I've attempted to submit a ticket multiple times, but each time I encounter technical difficulties. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help ensure I receive the 17,[redacted] doubloons. Additionally, I'm curious as to why the "Any amount of doubloon" option is available on the website but not in the actual game itself. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your continuous efforts in improving the game! On a side note, it would be enjoyable to see new maps introduced, particularly ones set at night.

I have encountered a few issues with my accounts on the platform. Upon receiving an email notification, I tried to sign in but received an error message stating it was the wrong email. Additionally, I am surprised to see my old accounts still active, as I had previously requested they be deleted since I no longer use them. I primarily play on my PS4 now and would like all my tanks from the old accounts transferred to my current one. I did not receive the rewards from the missions I completed in July, and I suspect my account may have been hacked since I did not receive all the rewards promised. The old accounts I no longer use are under the usernames bjay7([redacted]), ([redacted]-bjay), and nighthawk7 (id[redacted]).

I attempted to fulfill the requirements for the Heavy Tank Mission [redacted], but even after completing them, I didn't receive confirmation. I proceeded to achieve the goals for the next mission, Heavy Tank Mission [redacted]. I met the conditions for both missions but did not receive credit. I am eager to claim the rewards: an automatic fire extinguisher for Mission [redacted] and 10,[redacted] XP for my ST-1 for Mission [redacted]. I completed these tasks on October 9, [redacted], and hope to attempt them again on the following day.

Dear Wargaming, I have encountered issues with submarines in the game due to several reasons. Unlike other ships where players can assess if they might harm teammates, submarines lack visibility of allies and have speedy torpedoes. Consequently, it's challenging to avoid hitting teammates, especially as enemies adeptly dodge torpedoes. The torpedoes' slow speed and unreliable targeting further contribute to the problem. Historical accuracy concerning submarine friend detection and torpedo effectiveness is also important. During events, disabling team damage is necessary to prevent accidental hits. Currently, submarines are unreliable with limited visibility, unpredictable ally movement, and unforgiving torpedo mechanics. To address these issues, I suggest implementing torpedo cancelation, improved visual range, faster torpedoes, enhanced targeting, and adjusting submarine speed and air supply. Sincerely, Greg137

I have been away from the game for over a year and I am trying to regain access to my old account. Unfortunately, my previous computer crashed, and I lost all data related to logins, emails, and accounts. The only information I can provide is the username, some purchase history (T34 heavy tank), and an approximation of when the account was created, around the middle to the end of [redacted]. The username is HACKASAURUSREX. I would greatly appreciate it if the email associated with the account could be updated to my current working email, enabling me to resume playing without starting anew. I understand that my current email's account may need to be removed for this switch, as it has minimal gameplay. I am willing to provide any necessary verification, including photo ID, to confirm my identity if needed.

The issue at hand pertains to the lack of transparency in determining what is considered "justified." The response from Alex Murphy on my Support Ticket [redacted]26 suggests that the messages I received violate their Rules, regardless of my disagreement. They mention that they are unable to disclose a comprehensive list of banned words and advise that I adjust my communication style in-game to prevent future penalties.

I had a distressing experience in a game of Word of Warships where I encountered offensive behavior from another player. Despite the lack of an in-game warning for their actions, the player received no visible reprimand for shooting allies. However, I was penalized for the accidental elimination of an AI Bot. My interaction with the support team left me disheartened due to their seemingly unhelpful and dismissive responses. They failed to address my concerns adequately and even insinuated blame on my part. Subsequent attempts at seeking assistance resulted in me being unjustly suspended from playing. I believe the support team's conduct may breach user agreements by condoning inappropriate behavior and not providing satisfactory assistance. I am now seeking alternative channels to address this issue. Having invested significantly in this game, I expect better treatment and resolution outside of the unhelpful online support system.

I would like to report instances of bullying I experienced in-game and appeal my voice ban. The ban prevents me from communicating with my team strategically and feels unfair compared to the individuals who harassed me. I am considering disputing all purchases from the past year with my bank if this issue is not addressed promptly. The bullies in the game are detrimental to new players and your revenue. I urge you to review the game chat to see the inappropriate comments directed at me. Punishing players who report abuse is unacceptable. I have screenshots of the offensive comments, including a link sent to me on how to tie a noose, which is horrifying. If this is not resolved satisfactorily, I will consider deleting my account and seeking refunds through my bank. The situation is unjust, and action needs to be taken promptly.

This game has taken a turn for the worse. The initial two years were enjoyable, but the game has deteriorated. Auto-locking on an enemy tank nearby and not causing any damage with shots that should penetrate is frustrating. Understanding angles and armor is reasonable, but point-blank shots not working is absurd! I have invested a significant amount of money into this hobby only to have the developers ruin it. The matches always seem to end up extremely one-sided, which does not make for a good game. The matchmaking system on Xbox One has been disappointing over 5 years of play. My statistics show a 48% winning rate, which I don't believe reflects my actual performance accurately. I might be below average, but the current state of the game is unacceptable. I hope the developers address these issues and make the game enjoyable for all players once again.

Hello Wargaming team, I came across some issues today on my Android smartphone while playing on my Xbox One account (gamertag: XxTMoneyxX) in WoT: Mercenaries. Yesterday, April 3rd, [redacted], I purchased a 'General's War Chest' and received approximately 1,[redacted] gold. However, when I logged back in today, I noticed most of the gold had disappeared. I believe I had around [redacted]-[redacted] gold and now only have [redacted] gold coins. When I tried to submit a ticket on Wargaming.net regarding this problem, I encountered difficulty signing in to my account. Despite connecting an account, I was unable to submit the ticket, adding to my frustration. I hope my concerns about the missing gold can be addressed promptly, as I feel unsettled by this situation and worried about losing what I paid for. Hello, I recently noticed that the World of Tanks login screen has been changed to Wargaming, which has made it hard for me to retrieve my password since I haven't used it in many years. I usually rely on the autofill feature to remember passwords, but now I can't access it due to the different URL. When trying to reset my password, the SMS code service isn't sending me the code linked to my phone number. I'm frustrated with the lack of support from Wargaming regarding this issue. I can't use my email to open a support ticket, even though it's the same email linked to my account. I don't have another email to use just for this problem, and I don't intend to create one. I have invested a lot of time in this game with about 10,[redacted] games played and over 30 tanks owned. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you. Pekka L.

I purchased a gift tank for a friend, but it was sent to the wrong account. Despite explaining that I do not want a refund, just for the gift to be transferred to the correct account, I am facing difficulties. I detailed the process I followed before sending the gift, confirming my friend's account details multiple times. I encountered an issue with the hyphen in the account name, which was not reflected accurately in the system. When errors occur, they should be rectified, as in the case with misplaced mail. I am merely requesting that the recipient be updated to the right account, not a refund. The situation should be easily corrected, as even a bank would address such an error promptly.

When aircraft carriers were initially introduced to World of Warships, there was a promise that progress made would carry over when they returned. However, I'm disappointed to find that I need to unlock everything again. The time and effort I spent achieving objectives to access new ships for the aircraft carriers seems to have been wasted. I had hoped to be in a Ranger but find myself back in a Langley. I kindly request that wargaming.net fulfill their promise and either restore my Ranger or provide me with enough Global XP points to reacquire it along with the Japanese aircraft carrier. I have been a devoted fan of World of Warships and World of Tanks since day one and hope this can be resolved satisfactorily. Thank you, Michael R. C.

I am struggling to recover my password, and the system is causing me a lot of frustration. It keeps asking for a second email, which I don't have. I don't see the relevance of providing old internet providers since we have changed them multiple times. When I enter a new password, it says it's strong, but then I encounter a security issue message when proceeding to the next step. I am feeling very frustrated with the entire system. Unfortunately, there is no customer service number to call for help. I just want to know if I can retrieve the money I have in the game and exit this frustrating situation.

I am currently having difficulty changing my password due to the system's complexity. It requires a second email and information about my past internet service providers, which I do not possess or find relevant. Despite creating a strong new password, I encountered an error message regarding security issues during the next step. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact support for assistance. I am considering quitting the game and would appreciate assistance in retrieving any remaining funds. It would be beneficial to simplify the password recovery process and avoid unnecessary complications. Despite being a long-time user, I am unable to access my game page due to these obstacles preventing me from updating my account details.
