I have been a loyal customer for many years, always ensuring my payments are made promptly. On December 5th, I placed a new order since I had a credit balance of over $[redacted]. After placing the order and receiving a confirmation that it would be shipped, I waited nine days without any updates. Concerned as Christmas is approaching, I contacted customer service only to be informed that my credit was redirected to another account due to a payment program with Seventh Ave. This change was made without any notice, leaving me without gifts for my children this Christmas. I relied on my credit with your company, assuming it would be available as expected. This sudden change in my account status with no communication from your end has caused immense disappointment. My order number is [redacted]7. It would have been appreciated if I was informed promptly to make alternative arrangements. Decisions like this impact loyal customers like me greatly.

I received the Compact trash table instead of the 3 pc. Faux-Marble Table Set SC716379 that I ordered. Despite being told a return label would be sent, it has not arrived yet, and I would like the item credited to my Montgomery Ward account. I re-ordered the correct table set which I am happy with. However, I don't believe I should have been charged for shipping since the error was yours. Please send the return label to either my email at [redacted] or my address at [redacted] Valero Ct., Laredo, Texas [redacted]. Thank you, Mary I. Goldstein. The original order number is [redacted] placed on 10/31/19. I have been unable to reach anyone today as your phone system hangs up due to high call volumes.

I bought a Swiss Colony meat and cheese gift box, but it arrived without any dry ice, just packed in a large brown box. As a result, I didn't realize it needed refrigeration and it has been sitting out unrefrigerated for 10 days. The box clearly states it should be kept cold. I am now concerned about its safety. Is there any solution other than buying a new one? I'm currently unable to afford a replacement. Thank you for your assistance.

Item #: SW451406 I received the RC Peterbilt Semi broken with batteries inside, even though the instructions said they were not included. The trailer does not stay attached to the truck and seems like a returned item. I would like a return label to send it back to you. This was a Christmas gift for a young man. If this is the type of quality I can expect, I will not be ordering from you again.

I need this issue fixed as soon as possible. I don't have time to keep typing this email repeatedly to the team. While you may be okay with this, I am not sure what to do. I am frustrated by the lousy customer service I have received.

I spoke with Montgomery Ward customer service, and they informed me that one part of my order, the RC Night Drone, was shipped and delivered by UPS, but I have not received it even though I received the rest of my order. I've been attempting to contact them regarding the next steps, but due to high call volumes, I was asked to call back. Despite calling multiple times, I have not been able to resolve this issue. Hello, I visited your website this morning intending to make a purchase. After resetting my password, a message appeared saying my order was not shared, prompting me to call for more information. However, I did not place any orders during this visit. I believe this may be related to an incident from about two years ago when I was considering buying a laptop for my child's college studies, prior to the pandemic. I receive catalogs from Montgomery Ward, 7th Avenue, and Ginny's, and recently noticed some items I am interested in purchasing. In a Montgomery Ward catalog, it mentioned I had a credit line of around $[redacted], and upon entering the EZ number, it brought up details about the laptop. I do not recall attempting to order it, but the message about an issue with my order came up. I am unsure if I actually placed an order. I am considering trying to place an order now, as I believe reaching out over the weekend may not yield a response. Thank you for your assistance.

I attempted to pay my bill over the phone, but the automated system mistakenly used the wrong card for payment, even though I declined using the previous month's card. I tried to correct the payment method by providing the right card details, but the system proceeded with the incorrect one. When I requested to cancel the payment, the agent mentioned it was impossible. Eventually, after some back and forth, I was able to give the correct card information for payment, only to be informed of a $2.00 fee due to the automated error, which I found unfair. The agent suggested transferring to another department to waive the fee, but I ended up back at the automated system. The whole process, lasting 40 minutes, was frustrating, especially since my initial attempt online was unsuccessful. I just want to settle my bill without incurring any extra charges. I am having trouble with order number [redacted]3 as I haven't received it yet. I previously reached out via email to explain that packages are being stolen in my area and requested to cancel my order until further notice. Due to not being home during the day, I cannot be held responsible for the missing package or payment. Thank you for your assistance and time.
