Help with my Warby Parker issue

Get my glasses. ... I am waiting for my glasses and it seems like an inordinate amount of time. If I don’t receive them soon I will have to buy my glasses elsewhere. I’m very surprised because service is supposedly excellent, then where are my glasses.
GetHuman-gvinick did not yet indicate what Warby Parker should do to make this right.
