Reference number: [redacted]2 To Whom it May Concern, I am a European traveler who recently bought a ticket from Toronto to New York (reference number above). After completing the purchase process for [redacted] CAD, I encountered a vague pop-up indicating that seats were not available at that rate and to "try again." Nowhere in the process was there any mention of a price increase to [redacted] CAD. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the payment and believe that customers should be clearly informed of price changes. This lack of transparency is misleading and I insist on a full refund to the original value of [redacted] CAD promptly. Failing to rectify this could lead to legal action. Your responsibility includes ensuring clear communication of any price adjustments. I expect a swift resolution with a refund to the initial price paid. I await your urgent response. Best regards, U. I purchased a bus ticket from Ithaca, NY to Rochester, NY (Confirmation # [redacted]), but the ticket couldn't be printed at the terminal. The bus driver didn't accept the online ticket, so I had to buy a $33 ticket from Greyhound. Both the bus driver and the lady at the Ithaca terminal mentioned that I could get a refund by contacting Wanderu. I'm reaching out to request a refund as the Wanderu ticket wasn't recognized at the terminal. Thank you.

I recently bought two tickets online, one for departure and one for return home. Upon payment, the website indicated that my card had failed. I attempted the transaction again but encountered the same issue twice. Upon checking my account, I noticed that Wanderu charged me twice for the departure ticket instead of once for departure and once for return. I seek a full refund for the errors made and expect Wanderu to provide full compensation.

I am attempting to purchase a bus ticket from Clarkson University to Syracuse airport on Thursday at 7:50 am on April 11th. When trying to make the payment, I receive an error message stating that my carrier is not processing the payment. I have attempted all my credit cards, all have sufficient funds, but none are working. I have successfully used one of these credit cards to buy a bus ticket previously. Can I purchase a ticket using cash on the bus or is there a solution to this issue? Thank you.

I bought a ticket on the 25th at 8:30 p.m. for a one-way trip from Montgomery, Alabama, to North Carolina. The bus was supposed to arrive at 5:15 a.m. I spoke to three customer service representatives at Tornado Bus Company who assured me the bus would come. I waited until almost 8 a.m., but only an Expreso bus arrived. The driver contacted the company with my confirmation number, and they said I should have been on a Tornado Bus. The driver mentioned the bus was following him. However, when I called, they informed me I missed the bus, and the next one isn't until tomorrow. I want to change my ticket to Megabus, but I can't reach anyone at Wanderu. Tornado Company mentioned a 7 to 10-day refund process, but I'm stuck in Montgomery with no money or family. I desperately need to get to North Carolina. Please assist me.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to address an issue with a Peter Pan Bus ticket that I purchased through Wanderu. I initially tried to buy a ticket for 12/1 but received a confirmation email stating it was for 12/2 instead. I promptly sought assistance from Wanderu but was directed to the carrier's policies regarding changes and refunds. Despite emailing with no response and attempting to contact Peter Pan's customer service, I only received conflicting information about getting a refund or credit. This was further exacerbated by an unpleasant interaction with a supervisor and manager who accused me of dishonesty. As I had planned to travel on 11/29 and 12/1, I am now unsure of how to proceed and request a review of the customer service practices at Peter Pan. However, upon receiving the confirmation email on 11/24/19 at 7:22 PM, I discovered it was actually scheduled for 12/2 instead of the intended date of 12/1. Miriam from Peter Pan's customer service initially suggested a credit, but Yolanda and Karen later denied this and accused me of dishonesty, despite my explanations. I believe there is a need for quality control in Peter Pan's customer service interactions. I had planned to travel on 11/29 and return on 12/1, but website discrepancies have complicated my plans. Hello, I am reaching out regarding the Greyhound tickets I purchased through Wanderu for a round trip between New York, NY, and Atlantic City, NJ. I bought the tickets as a gift for Olha Kovalova. The confirmation numbers are [redacted]1 and [redacted]4. I made the payment using my credit card under the name Svetlana Samsonovich. The outbound trip was scheduled for today, December 3, at 1:30 p.m. Unfortunately, by 1:30 p.m., we still hadn't received the tickets from Greyhound. I've tried contacting Wanderu without success and had difficulty reaching a live agent at Greyhound Customer Service. Since mobile tickets weren't an option and the emailed tickets weren't received on time, we missed the trip. Hello, I am Erin R. I reserved a Greyhound bus ticket from Penn Station to Syracuse, NY on Friday at 9:00 a.m. using Wanderu with confirmation number [redacted]5. Greyhound was supposed to email my ticket but I haven't received it yet. Their customer service couldn't assist since I booked through Wanderu. I urgently need to print my ticket.

I had an issue with Wanderu regarding the bus stop address provided in the email. The email did not include the full address, leading me to the wrong location due to two identical addresses in Washington DC. Wanderu missed mentioning the crucial "NW" part of the address, which resulted in me missing the bus. Unlike "Go Bus," which gives detailed directions like being located across from Dunkin' Donuts, Wanderu failed to offer sufficient information. The lack of details from Wanderu made it challenging for me to identify the correct address. I believe a refund of $11 for the ticket is fair due to the inconvenience caused by the insufficient information provided by Wanderu.

I attempted to book a ticket through Wanderu for 2 tickets on Ourbus from NYC to Boston on 12/29/[redacted] from 2:30 to 7:30. I paid $48 but did not receive a confirmation number. When I tried booking directly on the Ourbus site, I was able to get tickets and a confirmation number. Now, I've been charged twice and need a refund for the initial tickets I paid for but did not get a confirmation for. Ourbus only shows the second set of tickets bought directly from their site. Wanderu must refund me $48 for the tickets I paid for but didn't receive. My booking email is [redacted]

I have booked a round trip ticket for Emilio Herrera from New York City to Atlantic City for tomorrow, February 24, departing NY at 12:01. The return trip is scheduled for February 25, departing Atlantic City at 6 PM. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the confirmation number due to computer issues, preventing me from issuing the tickets. To ensure Emilio can join me tomorrow, I need his confirmation number for Greyhound to issue the tickets. I have already obtained my own tickets from Greyhound today. I made an error with my booking to Ottawa for Aug 02. Instead of booking for Aug 11, I mistakenly booked for the same day. I called Via to cancel the booking with file number YZH700, which was made through Wandervu. The Via agent advised me to contact you to ensure the cancellation and refund on my Visa account. The trip I intended was from Cobourg to Ottawa on Aug 06, returning on Aug 11. I was charged extra due to the close booking dates, which was charged to my Visa card ending in [redacted]. On May 28th, I booked a seat from San Diego to L.A. through your website, but never received a confirmation. I then made a reservation with Amtrak and received a response. I assumed the Amtrak booking went through and disregarded the one made with your company. Despite this, my American Express statement shows a charge from your company without a confirmation or ticket number. I have contacted Amex for a refund, but they require a ticket number I never received. The reservation was under my name, Beatriz C. I recently booked two tickets through your services for a flight from Toronto to New York on October 1st at 8:10AM with booking reference 60PB2K. Unfortunately, I am unable to make this trip due to a sudden and significant family loss. There are unforeseen COVID-related complications, and I may have been exposed, requiring me to quarantine. While I understand your credit policy, I am relocating permanently from both Canada and the US and will be unable to use these credits in the future. Given the exceptional circumstances we are facing, I kindly request an exemption for a full refund instead of credits. I have seen other organizations show empathy and flexibility during these challenging times by providing refunds when needed. I booked a trip from New York to State College and back through Wanderu. Unfortunately, my return trip got cancelled. I need a refund for both legs of the journey as I cannot get home without a ticket. Wanderu should take responsibility for cancelled trips and provide assistance in such situations. I am disappointed by the lack of support from Wanderu.

I mistakenly booked a train ticket for the wrong month through Wanderu. After contacting VIARail as instructed by Wanderu's confirmation emails, I was told to reach out to Wanderu directly. Despite having traveler's insurance, I am struggling to find the option to cancel and reschedule on Wanderu's website. I urgently need to contact them to rectify this error as I need to book another trip soon and want to avoid the train being fully booked.

During my recent trip to NYC, I encountered a frustrating situation with the bus service. The bus departed earlier than scheduled, leaving me stranded without my belongings for hours. After speaking with the bus driver, I discovered that OurBus had provided him with the incorrect departure time. Despite reaching out to OurBus customer service, I faced misinformation about the whereabouts of my belongings and the options available for their retrieval. This left me feeling abandoned in NYC, forcing me to find alternative arrangements to collect my belongings and make my way back home.

Hello everyone, I recently bought four round trip tickets for a regional train ride from NYC to DC, with a return trip on a bus from Union Station DC back to a bus station in NYC. I filled out the form for all four passengers and provided my billing details. After clicking the button to complete the transaction, I did not receive a confirmation, so I clicked the button again. I have three questions: Did I make a double payment? Where should I expect to receive my tickets? Is there a confirmation of my purchase available?
